CLAIMS MANAGER
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Candidates should be able to assist management and all clients of the company by providing courteous
and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, handling office tasks, and generally being a
helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful as a Claim Representative, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive
while also being prompt, professional and precise. They should always be prepared and responsive,
willing to meet each challenge directly. Claim Representatives must be comfortable with computers,
general office tasks, Excel, and at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Claim
Representatives should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Claims Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist our clients with all aspects of Social Security Disability filings.
Deal directly with Social Security Claim Representatives, Social Security Hearing Staff and
Disability Determination Medical Adjudicators, while acting as a liaison between these agencies
to ensure the necessary action is taken.
Review medical records for pertinent information needed for Social Security filing.
Keep claim updated regarding aspects of medical care, functional abilities, etc., through
continuous correspondence with our clients.
Communicate with our clients regarding all aspects of the Social Security process.
Claims Manager Requirements:
Excellent computer skills, including typing.
Time management, organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail.

OVERPAYMENT RECOVERY UNIT
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, self-sufficient, able to work independently with
a thorough approach to their duties. Candidates should be able to assist management, all clients, and
insurance companies, by providing courteous and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail,
handling office tasks, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
You will be responsible for Social Security award letters, processing, discovery, validation, recovery, and
adjustments of claims. Along with the above, you will be providing the client’s insurance company with
the SSA award documentation. Throughout the process you will work closely with the staff from other
departments on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Overpayment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Calling and obtaining award letters from SSA
Explaining the award letter to clients once obtained from SSA
Prepares award summary for the insurance company
Process Overpayment funds via Electronic Funds Transfer
Overpayment Recovery Unit Requirements:
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent with math/accounting
Excellent computer skills, including typing and data entry.
Time management, organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail.

ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports to track the organizations assets,
liabilities and other related financial activities. This position will also perform complex clerical,
bookkeeping and accounting assignments tailored to our specific needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs general accounting and other related duties of the organization.
Prepares monthly profit loss statements.
Maintains the general ledger.
Reconciles accounts.
Completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable.
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with
account balances and other office records.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

CLAIMS ANALYST

Documentation of mail received and distribution within office.
